Intro Class
New to Pilates? Start here! Our Intro to Pilates Classes will teach new clients the fundamentals of Pilates, introduce the equipment and get you acquainted with class etiquette. After this 55-minute class, you'll be ready to hop right into a group class. Cost is $40. Class size is max three people.
Group Class
After new clients complete their intro sessions, or if a client has previous experience on a reformer, they will be welcome to join a group class. Our classes are small - only six clients - to allow for maximum individual attention. Sessions are 55-minutes in length and will be jam packed with a series of intense and effective exercises. You will start to see a difference in your flexibility and strength after only a few classes.
Private Sessions
If you're looking to deepen your practice or prefer a non-group setting, private or semi-private sessions are for you. Come by yourself or bring your significant other or a friend. We work around your availability and provide you with a 55 minute session designed specifically for you.

With respect to others who are still in session, please come in quietly, take off your shoes and get comfortable.

Cancellation (by Client) Policy
If you cancel a class within 12 hours, you will be charged for that class. Clients with unlimited packages (New Client Special, Monthly Unlimited) will be charged a $25 late cancel fee for late cancels/no shows.
If you have an illness or emergency, you are allowed one missed class per calendar year with no penalty. You must text, call or email the studio to request the waiver.
Cancellation (By Studio) Policy
If we need to cancel a session within 24 hours, we will add an extra session to your account and reschedule with you as soon as possible. If a scheduled class has only one client signed up we may ask that client to join the next scheduled class or we may cancel the class altogether.

Refund Policy
All purchases and packages are non-refundable.
Use of Packages
Please note that our packages have expiration dates as follows:
Four Class Pass: Two months
Eight Class Pass: Four months
We do not offer expiration date extensions.
