ROBIN BYRNE

Owner | Instructor

Robin's goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their strength, body shape, age, or fitness level can find a deep connection to their body through movement.  Her favorite part of being an instructor is seeing clients progress in their Pilates practice and witness the change in their physical and mental strength. 

 

After graduating from Ohio University, Robin worked on the business side of professional sports and later received her Pilates training and certification through Balanced Body.   She holds an advanced Active Aging certification from Body Harmonics and is also a certified Pilates equipment repair technician through Fit Reformer. She and her husband Rob have three sons.

DANIELLE HESS

Instructor

Danielle began practicing Pilates as a dance student at The University of Akron as a way to improve her technique and strength.  Danielle’s passion for fitness and movement led her to become certified by Balanced Body in Pilates Reformer.  Most recently, she was certified in advanced Pilates and group exercise.  She hopes to share that passion and the positive impact it has had on her with each class.

DONNA PURICH

Instructor

Donna came to Pilates as a student and found it be a fantastic form of mind body exercise. She received her Pilates training and certification through Balanced Body and has been teaching at Mindful Motion since 2019. Donna is also a certified Zumba instructor.


After working in the corporate world for 37 years, Donna is excited to shift her energy to her passion of teaching Pilates and other forms of group fitness.


She and her husband Tony have one daughter.

GRETA WEEKS

Instructor

Greta is a fitness professional with over a decade of experience helping clients build strength, improve balance, and correct posture. She has a masters degree in Exercise Science from Marshall University. She has also earned numerous fitness certifications including Pilates Reformer through Pilates Academy International. She is passionate about health and wellness and wants every client to succeed. She became interested in Pilates because she loved how it can transform a body both mentally and physically. She loves how this low impact, controlled stretching and strengthening program helps to align the body bringing it back into balance.
